All analytics features are available on Pro and Premium plans. Access them at More → Analytics & Forecasts.
Inspection Analytics Pro
Inspection Analytics shows patterns across all of your inspection records:
- Inspection frequency per hive and across the apiary
- Brood pattern and colony strength trends over time
- Queen sighting rates
- Pest and disease observation trends
This helps you quickly identify which hives are declining, which have been neglected in terms of inspection frequency, and how your overall apiary health has shifted across seasons.
Varroa Analytics Pro
Varroa Analytics turns your mite count records into trend data:
- Mite infestation rates per hive over time
- Treatment effectiveness — how counts changed after each treatment
- Hives currently above recommended treatment thresholds
- Seasonal varroa pressure patterns
Harvest Analytics Pro
Harvest Analytics gives you production insights:
- Total yield by product type and season
- Honey yield per hive — identify your top producers
- Year-over-year yield comparisons
- Harvest timing relative to bloom events
Queen Analytics Pro
Queen Analytics tracks your queen management performance:

Colony Survival Pro
Colony Survival tracks your winter and annual colony loss rates. Monitoring survival rates over multiple years helps you evaluate whether management changes are improving your overwintering outcomes.
Reports Pro
The Reports section (More → Compliance & Reports → Reports) lets you generate formatted summaries of your apiary data including:
- Apiary summary reports for a chosen time period
- Financial reports (income, expenses, profit and loss)
- Colony health reports
Reports can be exported as PDF files for sharing with partners, state apiarists, or your accountant.
Documents
The Documents section (More → Compliance & Reports → Documents) is a storage area for certification documents, state registration records, and lab reports. You can attach scanned documents (using the AI Document Scanner on Premium) or upload existing files.
Certifications
Certifications (More → Certifications) lets you track your apiary certifications — organic, treatment-free, state registrations, and other credentials. You can record certification type, issuing authority, date issued, and expiration date so you always know what needs to be renewed.
Export Data Pro
Export Data (More → Compliance & Reports → Export Data) lets you export your apiary records as CSV files. You can export:
- Inspection records
- Treatment history
- Harvest records
- Expense and revenue data
- Varroa monitoring records
Exported CSV files can be opened in spreadsheet applications for custom analysis or submitted to state apiary programs as required.
